Burns Street

At the foot of a curving round to parallel to Renton's Thimble  is Burns St. . James Kelly was actually born there, at No. 14, before he moved just around the corner. But he was far from the only player of real note to emerge from it.  Right at the very beginning in the village's first ever team a Kennedy, possibly John, and if it was he then his home was at No. 19.
